• It may take up to 4-6 weeks for fulfillment. We will update you once the item has a scheduled arrival date. You are allowed to request a full refund after 4-week time if the backordered item has not arrived. The exact shipment schedule may change from time to time due to unpredictable reason(s) such as delay from shipment schedule or other manufacturing issues.
• If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and backorder item(s), it will not be shipped out until all your “Backorder” items have arrived our logistic centre.
